These awards are international in scope.  Local club honorees are considered for regional awards that culminate at the federation level, where recipients from as many as twenty countries are recognized.

Nomination forms including criteria for each award category are available for printing by clicking on the links above.

Completed forms must be returned
by 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2010 to be considered

or considered if received after 5:00 p.m. on December 10
